    The staff was attentive. Breakfast offered a vast selection that ensured everyone found something enjoyable, and the prime location allowed easy access to excellent nearby dining options.

    My experience was marred by a lack of attention to security , raising significant concerns about personal item safety within the hotel premises. Management's response to a serious issue was also disappointing.

    The swift check-in process and friendly parking staff made for a warm welcome. My room was immaculate, with a spacious bathroom that included high-end BYREDO amenities. Enjoying the "Thonglor Sundown" cocktail at the Club Lounge while watching the vibrant sunset was definitely a highlight. Breakfast was equally excellent, offering both à la carte options and a delicious buffet, including refreshing coconut juice to start my day right.

    I didn't get to enjoy the gym or the fine pool.

    Arriving at the hotel, I was impressed by the parking staff's friendliness and the seamless check-in process. The front desk team handled everything efficiently, and my Classic Double Room was pretty good. It felt brand new, impeccably clean, with a spacious bathroom with high-end amenities. The large TV was ideal for unwinding and catching a game. I missed out on the gym and pool but noticed they both looked appealing. Enjoyed drinks at the Club Lounge while witnessing a fine sunset, the "Thonglor Sundown" cocktail was a standout! Breakfast at the 4th floor restaurant had an excellent buffet alongside à la carte options. The only downside was that the gym lacked enough space and equipment for a thorough workout. The atmosphere felt cute, thanks to the attentive staff. Definitely would have returned if not for the gym issue.
